This is the scarce Canadian issue, issued simultaneously with the USA Viking edition, but with several subtle differences: there is no price on the upper front dust jacket flap (a common practice in Canadian publishing at the time) but it does have to the left upper side of the front flap. There is no publisher code on the front flap, and the lower rear flap shows the Canadian Viking address in Markham, Ontario. This issue should not be mistaken for the American Book Club (reprint) Edition which does not have a price, a publisher code or an ISBN on the front flap & the rear flap shows the New York address.
