Backstrip gone from spine, 1 inch tear on side edge of front cover, 1/4 inch chip off top edge there, 1/4 inch deep by 2 1/2 inch wide chipping (teething marks? ) off top edge of rear cover and adjoining leaves, paper lightly age yellowed, otherwise tight, clean, relatively crisp and unmarked. Description: No writing but soiled. A lot of pages have rips but no parts of pages are missing. Every page is fully attached and completely readable. Cover has bleeding from the red board unto the pastedown so parts of it appear rosy. Edges are worn but binding is solid.
