Pages are lightly tanned and foxed throughout. Occasional thumb-marking present. Cracking to gutters of a few pages with exposed binding. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper and rear pastedown. Binding remains firm. Boards have moderate edge wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Soft crushing to spine ends. Scuffing and light marking overall. Mild tanning to spine and edges. Book has a slight forward lean.

Description: Internally well-preserved, mostly clean and clear with bold black & white image plates free from any notable signs of damage or wear. Endpapers and some occasional pages bear some foxing, and pages are roughly cut throughout. Covers are firm, secure, and well-preserved but slightly bowed and bearing a small knock to the top of the spine. Dust Jacket is damaged, bearing significant foxing, and a large section torn away from the top of the spine.
