Dust jacket is typically toned and shows light foxing, moderate dampstaining along lower front panel and about 2/3 of rear panel (lower portions), with approx. 10% loss along spine panel and slight chipping along top edge and corners, now in mylar. No. 218, hand-numbered, of a first edition limited to 500 copies, with colophon following main title, signed by author on half-title. Interior unopened (uncut along top edges). Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall
