Description: 7.5 x 5", cloth, dustjacket, 319pp. Minor stain to top of back cover, extremities rubbed, ink name and date else good in badly chipped and torn (tape repaired on obverse) dustjacket. Ink name of Walter Short dated Sep. 8, 1944. Bears a slight resemblance to General Walter C. Scott but he always included "C" in his signatures. FIRST EDITION.

Description: A stated 1st edition ( blue cloth w/red lettering) of Burroughs' 6th Pellucidar (inner world) novel. The DJ illustration is by Burroughs' son - John Coleman Burroughs. The DJ appears to have been trimmed slightly but is otherwise in good shape with some fading to the spine. THe book has wear along the top edges with some loss at the top of the spine. The FEPs have spotting & stains that carry forward at the edges for a couple of pages - in the front through the half-tittle page and in the back to page 315. Overall a flawed but good or better copy of a hard to find ERB, Inc 1st.

Description: Rare first edition signed by the cover artist, John Coleman Burroughs, a few months before his death. Includes a copy of the attached letter describing my visit to Danton Burroughs in Tarzana in 1978 and the signing of the book by his father. Book is fine with some light aging of the cover (see photo). Dust jacket, in protective wrapper is near fine with some fading to the spine as sometimes found in this volume (see photo). At 84, I am disposing of my 50+ year ERB collection.
