Description: First paperback edition, first printing. Published by PAN in London, 1957. This is a very good (or better) copy. The soft cover, designed by Rex A, is worn at the edges and slightly curled at the spine tips. There are some mild handling marks to the rear panel. The spine is slightly toned and with some slight separation at the bottom edge. The text blocks are toned and with some very slight soiling, which extends to a small number of pages. There is a red sticker, which is slightly peeled, with '20' written in black ink. Aside from this, this copy is free from previous owners ink. Overall, this is a very good (or better) copy of a scarce title. The second James Bond novel, seen here in the first paperback form.
