Description: First edition, first printing limited to 5000 copies. Photo portrait tipped onto title page as issued. A good copy only. There is a 1/2" chip lacking at the spine head, slight damp stain to one cover corner, a small paint dot to the front board and light general wear to the binding. Very slight aging to the pages but the contents remain unmarked and tightly bound.

Boards slightly curled inwards from a resulting water incursion, thus pages show a light ripple. Unclipped dust jacket (2.00) shows mild rubbing to panels and some loss to front panel at lower corner. Firmly bound with clean text. This volume contains the first publication of Thomas’s most famous poem “Do Not Go Gentle Into that Good Night”, along with five other poems. A handsome copy less defects, preserved in mylar.

Description: 34pp. Octavo [22 cm] Green paper over boards with the title and author in brown ink on the spine and front board. Very minor wear at the spine ends and bottom fore-edge corners of the covers. With Marion Morehouse tipped-in author photo on title page. The dust jacket is partially torn in half at the spine, is lightly chipped along the edges and folds, and has a very small loss from the head of the spine and the surrounding areas of the panels. Dylan Thomas is considered to be one of the greatest Welsh poets of all time. A book containing six of the poet's most accomplished works- "Over Sir John's Hill"; "Poem on His Birthday"; "Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night"; "Lament"; "In the White Giant's Thigh"; "In Country Sleep."
