Description: Spine is worn with gilt lettering, dark green lettering on lighter green front cover which is of different material than spine. Back cover crease at spine is begining to crack. Boards exposed at corners. Name of former owners on front end page, cracked gutter, second end page has book plate. Twenty page foreword by Grace King and the author. Internally a clean copy of this nicely printed book that is much less common than the trade edition.
