Description: Burgundy cloth over boards and gilt titles. Boards have wear, soil, scuffing, scratching, fade. Rear board with some fade to margin adjacent to spine. Shelfwear, dings, cloth worn. Spine in similar condition with fading. Spine extremities with wear, tearing, creasing. Exterior hinges with wear. Rear hinge with more wear, some fray, and cloth tear of approx 2.5" from top. Corners bumped, warped, cloth worn, board exposed. Cracked hinges. Relaxed binding. Wear and edgewear to black endpapers. Embossed library marking to front endpaper which is barely seen; no other library markings. Heavy foxing to first and last several pages. Tanning and soil to textblock edges. Shelf 2E.
