Description: Very good first edition book in very good minus dust jacket. Orange cloth-covered boards are slightly soiled. Head and tail of board spine are creased and rubbed. Dust jacket is quite soiled. Folds are heavily creased and beginning to separate. Head of jacket spine has loss carrying over to back and front edges of 2" by up to 1/4". Upper spine corners have parallel 2" closed vertical tear along the folds joined by a horizontal crease through the spine. Back lower spine jacket corner has a 1 1/8" closed vertical tear along the fold with an adjacent diagonal creases of up to 3 3/4" running to the lower back edge. Tail of spine has several small chips and closed tears. Upper front edge has numerous vertical closed tears of up to 1/4". Back fore-edge fold has a 1" by 1/4" closed tear approx. midway down. Back inside flap has a loss of 1 1/8" by 1/2" loss with adjacent 2" diagonal closed tear running to the back fore-edge fold. Fore-edge corners are rubbed; back upper left corner has loss of 1/4" by 1/4" with adjacent 1/2" closed tear; front upper right corner has loss of 1/4" by 1/4"; lower fore-edge corners are minimally rubbed.
