There is a neat personal dedication and date to the first free page. The unclipped dust jacket, protected in a clear, removable cover is in no better than good condition with loss to the corners, a small tear and nibbling to the top edge of the front cover, nibbling and loss to the top edge of the spine and a very small tear to the bottom edge of the spine. The wrapper is identical to that for the first trade edition although it differs in a few respects being slightly shorter, with a promotional sticker to the upper panel, larger spacing to the text on the lower flap and with a misspelling of the photographer's surname. The wrapper is protected in a removable Brodart archival cover. The book has been signed (without dedication) by the author to the title page.
