There are illustrated endpapers, a full color frontispiece photograph, nearly 200 black & white photographs throughout, and a comprehensive index at rear. Signed by the author on the half-title. There was a signed, leather-bound limited edition published at the same time, but this is a signed copy of the trade edition. Near fine copy with just a hint of mustiness, in a very good, price-clipped dust jacket faded on spine panel and edge of front panel, and with a couple of short closed tears.
