The paper is handmade Prague, from the Velké Losiny mill in the Czech Republic. The intaglio printing for the frontispiece was done by the R. E. Townsend Studio, Georgetown, Massachusetts. The binding is non-adhesive, the sections hand sewn with linen thread into a heavy paper cover, purple Colombe, handmade at the Larroque et Pombié mill in France.
