This lettered copy is signed by King and all five artists. It is housed in a handmade box with a metal clasp. The book is laid into a padded satin enclosure. First edition (first printing). A fine copy in a fine dust jacket and a very near fine slipcase (a few tiny dents). This is copy X of 52, signed by King and the artists. Laid into this copy is a sheet describing the features of the lettered issue and the original invoice from CD.
