Description: 192 pages (complete). First printing (June, 1943). Printed according to wartime economic standards. A much owned copy. The boards are much worn all about. They are scruffy with scuffing, marks. The spine has particular wear at the foot. Nonetheless, the boards are patient and sure. The contents are comfortable. The frontis and end papers have foxing and scotch-tape residue marks. Page 41 has an annotation. The contents have evidence of use throughout. There are also very occasional foxing spots.
