Hardcover boards in Acceptable condition, tearing and chipping on spine, ~1-inch missing from top of spine, 1.5-inch x 0.25-inch piece missing from side (text on spine is still present and legible), light soiling and fading, gilt accents. Very generous application of scotch tape on joint between front endpapers, front board appears to still be attached to spine but in fragile condition. Small tear on edge of first page. Binding is tight. Light pencil markings on what appears to be on one page only. Some pages toward front are creased. Tanning on page edges, bit of soiling on some pages toward rear.
