That said, if you're looking at this book, you've probably read him. Know then that this book is in excellent condition, though not perfect. It does have some damage along the top pages. However, for a complete and unabridged 1946 first edition, first print of this novel in paperback, it's in fine condition. Definitely, this rare, vintage work is collectible.

The book and dust jacket would be fine except for the stains. The book is much better than described, with a acetate cover to protect the dust jacket. Housed in a custom-made slipcase.
