Description: First edition. 10 3/8" x 9 1/2". Illustrated with 14 color plates and 16 b/w drawings by Disney Studio artists. Pictorial endpapers. Original stiff yellow pictorial boards (cloth spine perished, corners worn, six words in text underlined in ink on the same page. No dust jacket. Good. Mickey or Minnie Mouse appear in seven of the illustrations. Donald Duck made his first screen appearance in 1934; and his first comic strip in February, 1938.

Description: Hardcover. A near fine copy with wear to the corners, a gift giver and receivers names with date July 31, 1937 in neat handwriting. The jacket is good wear, a chip at the bottom of the spine, and closed tears at the top edge 1/2" to 1"and some wear to the back of the jacket. Both the picture of Donald on the jacket and the pictures inside the book are clean and very bright. 12 of the are in color.
