An internally handsome example addtionally bearing the SIGNED INSCRIPTIONS "for Gordon + Virginia - Warmest Wishes - Clayton 1977." and "1977 Birthday. A blue sky on May 1" from the poet's wife Caryl showing a bit of soiling and toning of the cream colored wrappers. Gordon Wagner was a prominent Los Angeles assemblage artist, and a friend of the poet.
