A good bright copy in price-clipped dust wrapper, lightly toned, and nicked at a number of extremities with an inch of loss from the upper edge and several further tiny fractions of edge-loss. The books are free of any previous owner names or Inscriptions, with clean pattened paper boards, also with clean page blocks and inner text to each of th three books. The dust wrapper's are in very good condition, with the publisher's printed price neatly price clipped to each title. Each of the three dust wrapper's present as very good examples with a little soiling to the extremities, and cover their respective books tightly. There is a very small chip to the base of the spine to volume two, with no other loss present to any of the three volumes, but with the odd small closed tear to volume two and three. An attractive set of books, very rare to find signed by the books illustrator, the late John Burningham.
