Translated from the French by John Ottoway, "Chagall Lithographs VI, 1980-1985" is the sixth and final volume in a series of Chagall's works by Charles Sorlier. The lithographs in this volume were created by Marc Chagall from 1980 until the last day of his life, on March 28, 1985. Along with a commentary on Chagall's lithography by Roger Passeron, this volume includes a catalogue of all the Chagall lithographs compiled by Charles Sorlier - a listing invaluable to collectors, museums and fine art galleries.
