It has marbled end-papers and a title-page that states "This Limited Edition Published by West Virginia Pulp And Paper Company. There is no DJ as issued but it has a lovely slip case with the publishers information sheet pasted to the bottom side. This was a Christmas special release by the publisher in 1959 and is lovely.
