Description: A fictionalised account of a real-life burro named "Brighty", who lived in the Grand Canyon of the Colorado River from about 1892 to 1922. First edition. A film of the same name was made in 1966. Large format, wonderful illustrations, some in colour. Red cloth rubbed at edges, inscription on second page and a few pages dog-eared but generally contents bright and fresh.
