Description: PO name on ffep with date of 1924. Title page has an irregular crease near the bound edge from top to bottom. Pale pumpkin-colored cloth boards, very light stain mark near middle front vertical edge. Top spine end lightly bumped, bottom spine end bumped and lightly toned. Title paste-down on spine is complete and secure but faded. Corners very mildly bumped and/ or rubbed. Pages 77 to 79 are not fully cut apart at the bottom and there is a 2' tear from the bottom edge. Pages cream-colored, clean. Book seems unused. A small toned area on the back fep.
