An additional 26 copies of the box set were produced for collaborators and are lettered A-Z. This set is numbered 48. Bas-relief sculpture on cover of box designed by Jim Dine, signed in pencil by the artist. The relief mold was made at the Walla Walla Foundry, Washington, and the casting was done at the foundry of M & H Type, San Francisco. The sculpture is inscribed by Dine with his signature and the number 97 for the year. With original promotional flyer laid in.
