A little foxing to endpapers, some soiling and rubbing to original cloth, former ownerÕs signature, some evidence of a removed label on rear pastedown, very good plus in a facsimile dust jacket with the artiwork showing the ice age man holding aloft a severed head. An Allan Quartemain story which takes place many thousands of years ago during one of AllanÕs early incarnations and involves pre-historic adventure and romance. The American edition was published simultaneously with the British edition.

Near Fine in nearly Very Good dustjacket, less than an inch chip at top spine end, some darkening to spine, closed tears along upper front panel mended at verso with archival tape (as is split along front spine edge).
