Description: Ex-library copy in original black stamped red cloth. A presentation inscription signed by the author has been erased! from the front flyleaf although still clearly discernable. Short tear top joint, hinges starting, usual library markings including a white penned title to spine strip. An early Yellowstone document deserving of rebacking with new endsheets.
