Slip case has a short split along one edge. Otherwise excellent. Illustrated with woodcuts. Not signed. This, the first publication of the Huntington Press, contains of two addresses by Hoover. The title speech, delivered when he was Secretary of Commerce, was his humorous inaugural address as president of the Izaak Walton League of America. The other "An Address to the People of Virginia" was among his first speeches as President.
