Description: A lovely keepsake in honor of his mother Alice made by Francis Meynell was presented to the members of the AIGA after he had been unable to come in person for a speech (there are conflicting versions of this--see My Lives pp. 178-179 and Dreyfus 65a.) The booklet has an introduction by Meynell, several poems and small text pieces by Alice Meynell, as well as several short poems about her. Near fine, slightly rubbed, small closed tear on back Sewn into thin card wrappers covered with red and silver Chinese tinsel paper.
