The second of the three shortlists published as booklets (the first, of 1913, recorded by Franklin, is 'curiously omitted' from the Bibliography). Lists the books up to Spenser's Minor Poems, with 'Don Quixote' recorded as In Preparation. A beautiful copy of a sought-after ephemeron which perfectly captures the Ashendene style. A fine copy. Attractively and representatively printed in the famous `Subiaco' fount designed by Emery Walker and Sydney Cockerell and specially cast for the Press.
