Description: No. 349 of an "edition Limited to Five Hundred Copies for The United Kingdom" on heavy laid paper. Period bookplates of Jhr. H. de Brauw to both pastedowns. Some scattered foxing to six preliminary pages. Spine covering, sometimes described as "imitation vellum," is fraying to edges but remains firmly in place. Tissue guard remains tacked firmly in place over the frontispiece portrait of the author. 123 pp. but nonetheless a substantial quarto of 2 lbs., 12 oz. (1.27 kilos.) Here reduced from $589.

Description: G, no DJ. Boards considerably soiled and discolored, edges, corners, and spine ends moderately worn, spine ends chipped, binding loosening a tiny bit but still holding solid, some pages have finger blemishes, old pencil marks on inside back cover, very light foxing on frontis and half title page, light age tanning to pages, else nice copy. Interior clean and unmarked, binding solid and straight, worn covers have done a good job protecting the interior.
