Light blue cloth with gilt border and gilt flies on front cover with gilt titles on dark blue background, top edge gilt, page edges untrimmed, all plates with titled tissue guards. A Very Good- copy with some rubbing and darkening of spine, Previous owner has written page numbers next to fly names on tissue guards, and one plate, tissue guard for frontispiece has a tear at top at gutter also some page numbers and underlining in pencil on various pages. There is a distinctive odor to the pages. Contained in a blue cloth slipcase with a gilt-lettered paper label to the spine. This slipcase may be from the later edition from 1970.
