Description: FIRST EDITION, a couple of very faint spots to prelims, pp. [vi, 165; 158; 145, crown 8vo, original mid-blue cloth, the backstrip lettered in a darker shade and a little faded, touch of rubbing to extremities, the edges a little browned with a small faint stain to tail edge, dustjacket a little chipped and rubbed with soiling to rear panel, a small area of loss to fore-margin of front flap, very good. A scarce 'Omnibus Edition', which collects the entirety of Greene's 'The Basement Room' (though this edition is unrecorded by his bibliographers), along with the work of Laver and Warner in the same series.
