Soft card covers a little handled, contents very good. Slim octavo. 1970. *Author was a producer and booking agent for Andy Warhol a very close and important associate in the important "Factory" years and appeared in many film shorts by this artist, he later directed and produced films including the working inside the "Factory". He also won the 1st Gotham Book Avant-Guarde Poetry Prize, the Dylan Thomas Memorial Poetry Prize. He also was an acquisitions librarian at Browns University collecting Beat Poets for the Harris Poetry Collection.
